Camera Critters: Small Waders on Princess Cays Island

DSCN5133

Camera Critters

Taken early morning at the Princess Cruises® private resort on the Island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas on Christmas Eve, these small waders ( unsure what breed they are) were wandering around the beach, possibly looking for worms or other sand creatures to eat.

Ooh, I am so jealous! The Bahamas no less. I LOVED my visit there, but it has been a few years. What a neat photo!

Thanks Linda, this was my first time seeing this Island but, I had been to the Bahamas before back in 1994. It was nice going there at Christmas too. Thanks for visiting:)

I love those little birds. I've never been to the Bahamas before. I miss walking on the beach and feeling the warm sand slip through my toes and to be somewhere as nice as the Bahamas, now that would be lovely!
