Yummy Sunday: Fillet Mignon Steak




This was my main course in the French/Italian Style Restaurant on the ship, Murano:

Pan Seared Filet Mignon( done medium)
Larratte Pommes Puree, Honshimiji Mushrooms, Haricots Verts,
Green Peppercorn and Cognac Cream Sauce.
